• Select photographer, florist and D.J.
• Consult Travel Agent for Honeymoon
• Create gift registry

4-6 Months Ahead:
• Order invitations and personal
• Help mothers choose their dresses
• Shop for your hope chest
• Complete gift registry

2-4 Months Ahead:
• Address invitations
• Choose attendants’ gifts
• Buy wedding rings
• Arrange rehearsal dinner

1-2 Months Ahead:
• Buy Grooms Gift
• Talk to hair stylist
• Have final dress fitting
• Arrange hotel accommodations for out-of-town
• Mail invitations
• Plan bridesmaids’ party
• Record all shower gifts and write thank-you’s
• Pick up wedding rings
• Make appointment with Royal Heritage to discuss menu and set-up.

4 Weeks Ahead:
• Call Royal Heritage with menu choices

2 Weeks Ahead:
• Call Royal Heritage with actual count
• Have final consultation with florist, photographer and D.J.
• Arrange rehearsal dinner
• Confirm rehearsal with clergy and attendants
• Contact necessary offices to change name: Social Security, Drivers License, Credit Cards
• Get marriage license
